Sunflower Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1/8 cup Grandy’s organic granola

Directions

  1. Melt coconut oil and let cool.

  2. In a bowl, add sunflower seed butter, maple syrup & salt.

  3. Add cooled coconut oil.

  4. Stir until you have a smooth consistency.

  5. Use mini muffin tins and add mini paper liners (spray pan if you don’t have the paper liners). You could also use regular size muffin tin, you’ll just have a thinner butter cup.

  6. Add 1 tbsp to each cup. Top with granola.

  7. Freeze for about 1 hour. Store in freezer.

Makes 13 mini cups.
