Sloppy Joe Bowl

This meal is one of my favorites!! Flavorful, packed full of protein & nutrients too!! This is found in Week 3 of my Elimination Diet Reset guide!

Eating whole, nutritious foods has been a game changer for me and it’s been fun to watch others use my guide too and realize how much better they feel eating more anti inflammatory foods!!

Ingredients

  • 3 oz sweet potato

  • 4 oz cooked, 99% lean ground turkey

  • 1 tsp liquid coconut aminos

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp taco seasoning (GF)

  • pickles (optional)

  • pickled onion (optional)

  • 1 cup broccoli

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Directions

  1. Cook sweet potato in microwave, oven or air fryer.

  2. Cook ground turkey, measure out 4 oz.

  3. Add GF taco seasoning, coconut aminos, mustard & Worcestershire sauce.

  4. Add potatoes and meat to a bowl.

  5. Add pickled onion and chopped pickles.

  6. Cook broccoli, and add melted coconut oil and sea salt & pepper. Have on the side.
