Ingredients
1/4 cup papaya
1/4 cup pineapple
1/2 banana
1 cup kale
1 cup kefir
1 inch cube ginger
1/4 cup carrots
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tsp chia seeds

Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
