Skinny Pesto

Ingredients
1 cup arugula (could swap and just do basil, but this gives it such a yummy flavor)
1 cup basil
1/2 cup raw nuts (I used cashews)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 juiced lemon
1/8 cup water
1/4 cup chia seeds (whole)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a food processor or small blender. I used my Ninja. If too thick, add a bit more water.
