Quick & Easy Shrimp Bowl

Quick and easy shrimp and veggie bowl. So simple and yummy!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen shrimp, tail off

  • 2 zucchini’s, chopped

  • 1/4 onion, chopped

  • Cilantro

  • @feastmodeflavors Mango Habanero Seasoning

  • 1 cup quinoa, cooked

Directions

  1. Sautee shrimp and veggies in a pan.

  2. Add seasoning.

  3. Top 1/2 cup cooked quinoa with 1/2 of shrimp/veggies.

    Optional: Top with sriracha sauce!!

Makes 2 servings.
