Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
6 cups broccoli (raw), chopped
1/2 cup purple onion, chopped
1/3 cup sunflower seeds (raw)
1/3 cup dried cranberries (no sugar)
5 slices turkey bacon, cooked
1 cup coconut yogurt
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
2 TBSP maple syrup (pure)
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Chop broccoli and onion.
Chop cooked turkey bacon
Add broccoli, onion, sunflower seeds, cranberries, and bacon to a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, vinegar, salt, pepper, and maple syrup together and add to broccoli mixture. Mix well
